Dawn Course

Dawn Course joined Bourn Hall in 1986 starting in the IT function.

She has spent all of her working career here progressing to her current role as Business Support Services Director. These functions include IT and communications, site engineering, health and safety, maintenance and security as well as reception and house management services.

Dawn has introduced many new technologies to the site and enjoys the challenge of optimising resources to achieve the highest levels of service for her internal and external customers. She also achieved ISO accreditation for IT in 2000 demonstrating her commitment to the company’s success, efficiency and development.
