Joanne Ball

Joanne Ball has extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Transactions & Compliance at Bourne Financial Group, LLC since October 2018. Prior to this role, Joanne held the same title at CNL Financial Group from May 2012 to October 2018 and was the Director of Due Diligence at CNL Lifestyle Properties from September 2009 to May 2012. Earlier in Joanne's career, a position as Vice President/Construction Loan Administration Manager was held at Colonial Bank for a brief period, following a role as Closing Manager at GE Capital Solutions, Franchise Finance in 2007-2008. Joanne's career began at Trustreet Properties, where a significant tenure from 1987 to 2007 culminated in the position of Director of Transaction Management.
