Bashir Karwani

Bashir Karwani is an accomplished pharmacy professional currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Bourne Health since June 2025, where the focus is on enhancing patient safety and prescribing quality through the integration of pharmacists into multidisciplinary teams. Previously, Bashir held multiple key positions at Operose Health, including Lead Clinical Pharmacist for Digital Medicine, where the first Digital Pharmacy Hub in Northwest London was implemented, and Chief Clinical Pharmacist for Medicine Safety, responsible for overseeing medicine safety audits in the Northwest London/Brent & Harrow region. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist at AT Medics, Superintendent Pharmacist at LloydsPharmacy, and various positions in community and hospital pharmacies.
