Yolanda Silvas

Yolanda Silvas, PharmD, MAA-HA, MS, currently serves as the System Director of Pharmacy, 340B and Supply Chain at Rush University System for Health, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Yolanda was the 340B Program System Coordinator at University Health from August 2023 to July 2025. Yolanda completed a PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency followed by a PGY1 Residency at Memorial Hermann Health System between July 2021 and June 2023. Prior experience includes a Longitudinal Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience at Houston Methodist and roles as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at HEB Pharmacy and CVS Pharmacy. Yolanda holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Incarnate Word, a Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration from the same institution, and a Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership from the University of Houston, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from the University of the Incarnate Word.
