Tom Rickards

Tom Rickards is currently serving as a Senior Desktop Analyst at Bournemouth and Poole College, following a position as an ICT Support Technician at Shorefield Holidays Ltd. Prior to these roles, Tom gained experience as an IT Support Assistant and an IT Support Assistant Apprentice at Bournemouth and Poole College. Tom's educational background includes an IT Infrastructure Apprenticeship and a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT, both obtained from Bournemouth and Poole College, along with GCSEs from St Edward's School in Poole.
