Lee Tharme

Lee Tharme is an experienced professional with extensive background in community policing and engineering. Currently serving as an ASB Officer at Bournemouth Borough Council since August 2018, Lee Tharme manages four Safer Neighbourhood Teams, focusing on community engagement and safety. Prior to this role, Lee Tharme worked for Dorset Police as a Police Officer for 26 years, from August 1992 to July 2018. Lee Tharme began a career in engineering at Austin And Mclean Co Ltd, where skills in welding, fitting, and site installations were developed from December 1975 to August 1992 after completing education at Kingsleigh Secondary School, earning GCE and CSE qualifications in English Language and Literature, General Studies, and Sports.
