Teresa Rich

Teresa Rich is a seasoned Reflexology and Holistic Massage Trainer, Mentor, and Practitioner with extensive experience since September 2010 at ReflexologyUK.org in Bournemouth. Additionally, Teresa has been a Lecturer for the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) since 2005, delivering specialized workshops and seminars across the UK, and is the author of an article on Hand Reflexology published in FHT Magazine in 2010. Teresa has also contributed as a Lecturer in ITEC Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology, Business Studies, and Reflexology for Bournemouth Borough Council since January 1996, where Teresa has produced educational DVDs and supported numerous students in qualifying as professional reflexologists. Teresa holds ITEC qualifications and a Teaching Diploma from the University of Southampton.
