Lucy Warren is currently the Head of BSO Participate at the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, where Lucy has been working since December 2020. Prior to this role, Lucy worked as a Projects Manager at Resonate Arts from June 2015 to December 2018, focusing on arts projects for those living with dementia. Lucy also has experience as a Senior Producer and Head of Engagement at The Albany from November 2018 to December 2020. Additionally, Lucy has a background in music education and arts coordination, having worked in various roles at different organizations such as the Internationale Musikschule Berlin and Familienzentrum Kreuzberg. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master's degree in Participatory and Community Arts.
