Carole Lowe

Carole Lowe is an experienced professional in community development and management, currently serving as a Community Development Worker at Bournville Village Trust since July 2015. Carole also holds a longstanding role as a Development Worker at swbca since October 2003, previously progressing to CEO and Community Development Officer. Prior experience includes serving as a Media Tutor for BBC and CSV Media from January 1990 to December 2002. Carole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Studies from the University of Birmingham/West Hill College, a Journalism JNC from BBC Pebble Mill, and an Arts Marketing Diploma and CIM registered Arts Marketing Diploma from Bournville College. Additionally, Carole possesses a BA(HONS) in Voluntary Sector Management from Birmingham Newman University and is Prince 2 Project Management Qualified.
