Feroz Ramli currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad since April 2023, and holds a role as a volunteer in the Royal Malaysian Navy since January 2018. Feroz previously was the CEO at Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn Bhd and held the position of Deputy CEO within the same company until June 2024. Prior experience includes leadership in finance at Talisman Energy and senior management roles at Price Waterhouse Coopers and Jeffreys Henry. Feroz began a career in corporate finance at Sime Darby Berhad. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics and Politics from Durham University, FCA from ICAEW, and FCCA from ACCA, with earlier schooling at KTJ Primary Secondary Academia Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar and the Royal Military College.
