Norlaily Dato' Jazam is currently serving as the Vice President of Group Internal Audit at Boustead Holdings Berhad, overseeing the Internal Audit Divisions for Plantation and Heavy Industries. Previously, Norlaily held the position of Head Of Internal Audit & Risk Management Department at Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia. Norlaily holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Accounting from UUM COB and is a Certified Integrity Officer in Ethics, Integrity, and Governance.
