The Company operates through six divisions, including Plantation Division, which is involved in the planting of oil palm and processing of crude palm oil; Heavy Industries Division, which offers operations, such as shipbuilding, fabrication of offshore structures, and the restoration and maintenance of vessels and defense related products; Property Division, which is involved in property development, constructing and leasing out of commercial and retail properties; Finance & Investment Division, which is involved in the commercial, Islamic and investment banking, stock broking, as well as the life and general insurance business; Pharmaceutical Division, which manufactures, trades and markets pharmaceutical products, and Trading & Industrial Division, which owns and operates the BHPetrol brand of retail petrol station network.
