Katie Prugh

Katie Prugh, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Performance and Innovation at Bouten Construction Company, where responsibilities include leading company-wide strategies focused on lean practices and continuous improvement while fostering a learning-driven culture. Previously, Katie spent seven years at Avista, holding multiple roles including Manager of Energy Delivery PMO, Project Delivery Lead, and Project Manager, where strategic alignment and employee development were key focuses. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Graham Construction & Management, Inc. as Office Manager and a position at Keller Williams High Desert Realty as an Administrative Assistant. Katie is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, expected to graduate in March 2024.
