Since October 2005, Eddy Cloutier has held various leadership positions at Bouthillette Parizeau, currently serving as Vice-président Développement durable, after previously acting as Directeur - Développement durable et efficacité énergétique and Chargé de projet - Efficacité énergétique. Eddy Cloutier also served as Président du conseil d'administration for CQ3E from June 2019 to November 2020, where the organization focused on promoting energy efficiency in Quebec's energy portfolio. Prior to these roles, Eddy Cloutier worked as a project manager at Ameresco / Télégest from August 2003 to October 2005. Eddy Cloutier holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a DEC in Pure Sciences from CEGEP Beauce-Appalaches.
