Nick Butler

Nick Butler is a seasoned wine professional with extensive experience in winemaking and wine management. Currently serving as Winemaker at Boutinot Wines since June 2022, Nick also holds the position of Wine Director & Oenologist for the UK and ROI at Les Grands Chais de France since January 2018. Prior roles include Controller Winemaking at Kingsland Drinks and Wine Director at Bottle Green Ltd, where Nick was recognized as the "style guru." Nick co-founded Rutherglen Estates and contributed significantly to its development as both Founder and Director. An alum of the University of Adelaide, Nick earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Oenology and has a background from Pultney Grammar School in Adelaide.
