Bente Nordahl

Bente Nordahl is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Department and Senior Advisor at Bouvet ASA since August 2016, Bente focuses on implementation, stakeholder management, training, and communication planning for both public and private sector clients. Previous roles include Senior Business Consultant at EVRY Norge, Head of Consulting at Dossier Solutions, HR-advisor at UDI, and Project Assistant at The Forestry Federation within NHO. Bente holds a Cand.Paed. degree in Science of Education from the University of Oslo, along with additional studies in criminology and philosophy.
