Elsa Mäyrä Irgens

Elsa Mäyrä Irgens has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Elsa Mäyrä began their career in 1987 as a System Analyst at Amoco Norway Oil Company and later worked as a System Analyst at BP from 1999 to 2005. In 2000, they became a Consultant at Positiv Opplæring before transitioning to a role as a Consultant at StatoilHydro ASA from 2005 to 2009. From 2011 to 2012, Elsa served as a Service Delivery Manager at Statoil, managing the enterprise contract and supporting the Service Management Application. Elsa Mäyrä continued their career at Statoil as a Team leader/Scrum master and later as a Scrum Master from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Elsa joined Eni Norge AS as a Service Delivery Manager. Elsa Mäyrä also worked at Bouvet ASA as the Equinor - IT Agile Team Lead from 2018 onwards, where they led the Omnia Radix team and served as an Agile Facilitator. Throughout their career, Elsa has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, project management, and agile methodologies.

Elsa Mäyrä Irgens attended the University of Stavanger from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Economics and Administrative. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at St. Olav videregående skole from 1982 to 1985, focusing on Allmennfag. In addition to their formal education, Elsa has obtained various certifications throughout the years, including Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile in 2023, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute in 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2013. Elsa Mäyrä also holds several other certifications in business analysis, project management, agile methodologies, and leadership skills.
