Niraj Sewraj

Niraj Sewraj is an experienced urban developer and project manager with a strong background in real estate and area development. Currently serving as Ontwikkelingsmanager and Stadsontwikkelaar at BPD Gebiedsontwikkeling since March 2016, Niraj focuses on initiating and acquiring projects, developing concepts and business cases, and connecting stakeholders. Previous roles include founding multiple agencies such as Scintillant and Enriched Brands, and serving as Projectleider for the innovative platform Wij Maken Nederland at Pakhuis de Zwijger. Niraj also garnered experience as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Nederland, addressing complex real estate development issues. In addition to professional work, Niraj has contributed to academia as a guest lecturer on real estate entrepreneurship and crowdfunding in urban development. Current educational endeavors include pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate & Housing with a focus on Urban Area Development at Delft University of Technology.
