Hielke Bokma is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and management, currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Bouwinvest since May 2016, overseeing a European portfolio valued at approximately EUR 1 billion. Prior roles include Sr. Acquisition Manager and Teamlead for Bouwinvest, managing transactions for Residential & Healthcare Funds, and Special Asset Manager for Rabobank, focusing on real estate financing and loan restructuring post-global financial crisis. Hielke has also held research and analytical positions at Bouwinvest REIM and Bruil Real Estate B.V., and has extensive educational qualifications, including CFA Level I and MRICS designations, alongside a Master of Real Estate.
