Jeroen Beimer

Jeroen Beimer MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeroen began their career as a Researcher at Maastricht University, where they focused on the European corporate bond market and contributed to the creation and maintenance of a corporate bond database. Jeroen then worked at Global Property Research as an Index Manager/Analyst, constructing and calculating the GPR indices and analyzing the listed property sector.

Following this, Jeroen joined Bouwfonds Investment Management as a Senior Research Manager. In this role, they were responsible for research related to car parks, providing support for funds, reporting, and acquisitions. Jeroen also advised on top-down strategies for real estate funds, establishing and maintaining models for real estate market allocation and forecasting.

At FGH Bank, Jeroen served as a Senior Real Estate Analyst, heavily involved in real estate research and portfolio analysis. Jeroen played a key role in the integration of FGH Bank into Rabobank (Rabo Real Estate Finance), setting up the new strategy for real estate finance and portfolio management.

Jeroen then moved to Rabo Real Estate Finance, where they successively held the positions of Senior Real Estate Analyst, Manager Data Analytics, and Head of Research & Strategic Advisory. In these roles, they showcased their expertise in data analytics, strategic advisory, and real estate investment strategy.

Currently, Jeroen works at Bouwinvest as the Head of Research & Strategic Advisory, demonstrating their continued commitment and leadership in the real estate industry.

Jeroen Beimer MBA pursued their education in a chronological manner. Jeroen began their educational journey at Het Assink, where they completed their initial studies from 1988 to 1994. Following this, Jeroen Beimer enrolled at Maastricht University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics from 1994 to 1999. Most recently, they attended the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School from 2016 to 2018, focusing on the field of Big Data & Business Analytics to earn their MBA in that specialization.
