Justin Cook is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Bouygues UK, having held multiple key roles since 2008. Currently serving as Lead HR Manager, Justin oversees the Shared HR Services function, including HR Administration and Benefits for a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees. Previous roles include HR Systems and Digital Manager, Deputy HR Manager, and Senior HR Officer, where Justin contributed to the implementation of HR technologies and the development of a shared services payroll system for over 4,000 staff. Justin began their career as a Site Engineer on a significant PFI project and gained early experience through a work placement at Carillion while pursuing construction studies. Justin holds a BSc in Project Management for Construction from UCL and an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.
