Carina Mitten is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Manager at TLT LLP since September 2025, where responsibilities include establishing a robust Human Resources function for South African operations and promoting a people-first culture. Previously, Carina was a People & Culture Business Partner at LevelUP, providing innovative human capital solutions to clients, and served as HR Manager and Human Resources Practitioner at Private Client Financial (Pty) Ltd, overseeing various HR administration aspects and the employment lifecycle. Carina began the career as a Human Resources Intern at Truworths, supporting the Employee Relations team. Educationally, Carina holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology & Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town.
