David Fournet

David Fournet serves as the Directeur général de la Promotion Immobilière Ile de France at Bouygues Immobilier since June 2021, overseeing the comprehensive management of the real estate promotion sector across the region, including six agency directions and four business directions with a team of 170 collaborators and an annual turnover of €420 million. Prior to this role, David Fournet held various leadership positions within Bouygues Immobilier since 2004, including Directeur général de la Promotion Immobilière Ile de France Grande Couronne, where responsibilities included managing a team of 95 and leading the development amid challenges in the real estate market. Experience extends to the management of subsidiary activities in land development and lotting, as well as earlier career roles in construction project management and diplomatic service with the French Embassy in Prague. David Fournet is an alumnus of ESTP Paris and emlyon business school, holding degrees in engineering and executive management, respectively.
