In 1997, he also took charge of collection, collection and fraud activities. In 2002, he was appointed performance director of the customer relations department. He became head of customer relations in 2009 and became a member of the General Management committee in September 2016.
Alain Angerame was elected Customer Relationship Director of the year 2011 by his peers.
In January 2019, he became responsible for a new department dedicated to Customer and Employee Experience.
