TRAINING AND CAREER

A graduate of HEC, Chrystel Abadie-Truchet began her career in marketing at Henkel then at Yves-Saint-Laurent Parfums, before taking over as General Manager of Nina Ricci and Paco Rabanne in 2000 within the Puig Group then the Cacharel Group in 2005.

In 2007, she was president of Children Worldwide Fashion (CWF), before becoming general manager of Comptoir des Cotonniers.

HIS CAREER AT BOUYGUES TELECOM

In April 2014, Chrystel Abadie-Truchet was recruited to be general manager of the Bouygues Telecom Clubs Network. His recognized experience in the general management of retail companies, integrating the requirements of major brands and customer satisfaction, is an asset for initiating the transformation of the Bouygues Telecom Clubs Network, strengthening its performance in a rapidly changing market and enriching the in-store customer experience.

In February 2017, Chrystel Abadie-Truchet was appointed Chief Commercial Officer.

In January 2019, she took responsibility for an expanded Commercial and Customer department, integrating all physical contact channels (Network of RCBT points of sale, competitive distribution, telesales, customer relations).

In January 2022, she became Deputy General Manager Sales and Customers.
