Maylis Girot

Maylis Girot has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership, currently serving as Responsable de l’entité Process, Outils et Projets at Bouygues Telecom since August 2011. Key achievements include the successful launches of the "4G Box" and FTTH services, along with initiatives to enhance sales channel efficiency and implement agile practices within the organization. Previous roles at Altime Charles Riley involved significant projects such as optimizing pricing strategies for Disneyland Paris and leading process improvements for major clients. Maylis also held positions at Beijaflore and IBM Global Financing, along with a solid educational background, including an MBA in International Management from NEOMA Business School and a Master in History from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
