Philippe Roulié

Philippe Roulié has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Directeur des Opérations Réseau, IT et Cybersecurité at Bouygues Telecom since May 1997. Philippe oversees operations and service quality for IT and network systems, ensuring high availability and automation of operations. Previous roles include Directeur Technique du Réseau, managing a large team and substantial investment strategies, and Core Network and IP Engineering Director, focusing on secure architecture and efficient solutions. Philippe also significantly contributed to the deployment of 2G and 3G networks and the national fiber optic backbone. Earlier experience includes a role as Radio Access Engineer at SFR. Philippe holds an engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from EFREI and various executive management certificates from emlyon business school and HEC Paris.
