Salwa Afir

Salwa Afir is an experienced professional in the IT sector with a strong background in agile leadership and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master for DEVOPS/NETOPS at Bouygues Telecom since July 2024, Salwa has demonstrated expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with product owners, managing Jira for project tracking, and developing performance dashboards. Previously, as an Application Manager at Société Générale from January to July 2024, Salwa orchestrated software application development while ensuring adherence to testing and quality standards.
