Yoan Féral

Yoan Féral has extensive experience in human resources within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Responsable RH IT et Télécom Multi sites at Bouygues Telecom since September 2020, Yoan oversees deployment and operations teams of approximately 400 employees across multiple French cities. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Lacoste, managing HR activities for around 650 employees, and Responsable carrière at Histoire d'Or, handling career management for a large workforce. Additional experience includes recruitment and HR support roles at Faurecia and ALTEN, focusing on candidate sourcing and staffing. Yoan holds a Master's degree in Management from Clermont School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communication, and commerce from EGC Rodez.
