Ines Vally

Ines Vally is currently serving as Legal Counsel for Ethics and Compliance at Groupe Bouygues since October 2020. Additionally, Ines held the position of Chargée de travaux dirigés in criminal law at Université Paris Nanterre from January 2022 to 2023. Previous experience includes work as an Avocat at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from October 2017 to October 2020 and a final stage at DLA Piper in early 2017. Ines has also contributed as an intern in various legal capacities, including at TELMA, Straits Law Practice LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, ORIA LEGAL, and BNP Paribas, focusing on areas such as compliance, legal research, and international banking regulations. Ines Vally holds a Master 1 in Droit privé général from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, a Mastère Spécialisé in Droit et Management International from ESCP Business School, and graduated from EFB Ecole de Formation des Barreaux in 2017.
