Jean-Manuel Soussan

Jean-Manuel Soussan has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the construction industry. Jean-Manuel currently holds the position of Senior Vice-President and Director of Human Resources for the Group at Bouygues SA since March 2020. Prior to this role, they served as Executive Vice-President of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility at Bouygues Construction from 2011 to 2020. During their time at Bouygues Construction, they also held various roles such as Director of HR Development, Director of Human Resources at Bouygues UK in London, Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest, and Deputy Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Entreprises France Europe. Before joining Bouygues Construction, Soussan was the Head of the HR department at Spie Enertrans, a subsidiary of Spie Batignolles, from 1989 to 1994.

Jean-Manuel SOUSSAN obtained a pre-doctoral degree in labour law, as well as a Master's degree in labour relations, from Université Paris Nanterre. Jean-Manuel completed this education from 1982 to 1989.
