Kim Jackson

Kim Jackson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in civil litigation and insurance law. Currently a Partner at Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC since September 2014, Kim Jackson represents insurance companies in coverage disputes and defends attorneys in malpractice and professional ethics cases. As a Member Manager at One Rock Productions, LLC since February 2022, Kim Jackson brings managerial expertise to the firm. Previously, from July 2001 to September 2014, Kim Jackson served as a Partner at Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young, LLP, focusing on professional liability and E&O claims, as well as defending attorneys in bar complaints. Kim Jackson also worked as an Attorney at Fain, Major, Wiley & Brennen, PC from July 1994 to July 2001, handling various litigation matters. Kim Jackson holds a JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Wabash College.
