John P. Raeder

John Raeder is a Managing Director on Bow River Capital's Software Growth Equity (SGE) team. In this role, John leads the SGE team in originating, structuring and leading software growth equity and recapitalization transactions, as well as portfolio management.

John serves on the boards of directors of AbsenseSoft, Altvia, Insurium, ProductPlan and Xyleme.

During his 25+ year career as a Chief Executive Officer and Software as a Service (Saas) investor, John has scaled numerous market-winning software companies, including IQNavigator, FRX Software and Samba Safety and Mobile Solutions. With a proven operational playbook, John is the driving force behind capital formation enabling transformational change and revenue growth. He has raised substantial amounts of capital in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Venture Debt.
