Samuel Berman

Samuel (Sam) Berman is an Associate in Bow River Capital’s Real Estate Group. In this role, Sam is responsible for financial modeling, investment research, structuring real estate transactions, and assisting in asset management responsibilities.

Prior to working at Bow River Capital, Sam worked at High Street Logistics Properties where he was an associate focused on industrial joint ventures. Sam started his professional career as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle where he specialized in portfolio consulting and tenant representation.

Sam graduated from The University of Wisconsin - Madison with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics.
