Christy has been closely involved with change management projects, from design to implementation and follow-through. This has included supporting the design of a new strategy and support role, a new protocol for existing positions, and various sales leadership activities.

While in banking, Christy worked in a variety of roles, including leadership, human resources, and sales and customer service strategy. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about personal and professional development, which led her to complete an MBA while at the bank, attain a professional coaching designation through the International Coaching Federation, and most recently, complete financial planning accreditation to better serve her students.

Christy spent most of her banking career in leadership, supporting employees in building development plans and helping them realize their career aspirations. Development has been a part of all areas of her life, which is why she’s interested, especially in an academic environment, in finding ways to advance career and development opportunities for everyone.
