Dara Taylor

Dara Taylor, MA CPHR, currently serves as an Instructor at Bow Valley College since January 2022. Prior to this role, Dara worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at FYidoctors from July 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included coaching managers on employee relations, leading HR initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, and supporting the implementation of the UKG Pro HRIS module. Additionally, Dara has experience as a Human Resources Advisor at Wood Automotive Group from May 2014 to March 2020. Dara holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Certificate in Human Resources from Mount Royal University, and a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Calgary.
