Matthew Wengrowich

Matthew Wengrowich is an instructor in the Social Work Diploma with a background in crisis and suicide intervention. Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master's of Social Work specializing in Leadership in the Human Services both from the University of Calgary.

Professionally, Matthew has worked full-time at Distress Centre Calgary since 2009 in various roles, including supervising volunteers who answer crisis calls, launching online crisis services for the organization via chat and text messaging, and currently training all new volunteers and staff for their work with Calgarians in crisis.
