Penny Marcotte

Penny Marcotte is a Program Chair for Literacy and Essential Skills in the School of Foundational Learning. She holds a B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo and a B.Ed. from the University of Calgary. Since joining Bow Valley College in 2000, Penny has enjoyed working in a variety of roles and adult upgrading programs.
