Simran is the Lead, Alumni Relations at Bow Valley College. In this role, Simran’s focus is to build a strong alumni community, work with Bow Valley College alumni to keep them connected with the college and explore opportunities to support learners and Bow Valley College. This also includes exploration of alumni engagement strategy. She first joined the College as an Alumni engagement officer in February 2022.
Simran brings 5 years of work experience in post-secondary institutions where she has held a variety of roles. Prior to joining Bow Valley college, she was employed with CDI College as a Work Integrated Learning Coordinator and was later appointed as a Regional Employment Specialist.
Simran is a Bow Valley College alumna, graduating with a certificate in Business Administration and Office Administration. She also has a diploma in Business Management from ABM College.
Simran grew up in India and believes in the principle of living life Without Fear and Without Hatred. She moved to Canada to explore different opportunities. She loves Islands, beaches, and lakes.

At Bow Valley College our business is adult education. We provide programs designed to help students build their skills through academic foundations, careers programs that last less than a year in Health, Business and Industry, and English as a Second Language training.
