Lacy Wargel

Lacy Wargel has a diverse work experience, primarily focused on Lean Engineering and consulting. Lacy is currently working as a Lean Engineer at Bowen Engineering Corporation, where they work on various projects to improve industry efficiency. Prior to this, Lacy started their own Lean consulting company called Lean New World in 2015, where they served as the President and worked with construction companies to enhance productivity and profitability while also increasing employee satisfaction.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Lacy served as a Lean Coordinator at Indiana Tube Corporation from 2012 to 2015 and as a Manufacturing Engineer at SRG Global, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Lacy also gained experience as a Lean Specialist at OFS Brands from 2006 to 2010.

Lacy's earlier work experience includes internships at Kimball Electronics Group, where they worked on Six Sigma and quality engineering projects in 2005 and 2004, respectively. Additionally, Lacy served as an Intern at Ervin Equipment, Inc. from 1997 to 2003, handling customer invoicing, database development, and facility planning.
