Kevin Cottrell

Kevin Cottrell has extensive experience in organizational learning, talent development, and research within international contexts. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Learning and Systems Integration at BowerGroupAsia since March 2016, Kevin leads training and recruitment programs while directing research efforts for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Previous roles include Director of Talent and Training, Research Director for Mainland Southeast Asia, and Trade Intern at Sorini, Samet & Associates, LLC. Earlier career positions include an Assistant to the Director at Johns Hopkins University SAIS and a Project Assistant/Intern at APCO Worldwide, among others. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Brigham Young University.
