Ryan Sickles, MBA

Ryan Sickles, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ryan currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at BowerGroupAsia since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President from 2018 to November 2022 and Senior Director from 2016 to 2018 at the same company.

Before joining BowerGroupAsia, Ryan worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from 2011 onwards, where they held several positions, including Senior Associate, Assistant Director of Strategic Planning, and Deputy Director of External Relations.

Ryan has also contributed to the community as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in the greater Washington, DC area, supporting their mission through fundraising and community awareness since January 2016.

Ryan served as an Advisor at Crossbow Group, LLC from 2017 to January 2020, and as a Board Member for Communities In Schools of Washington from 2017 to 2020.

Additionally, they worked as an advisor for China Investment Corporation in 2015.

Earlier in their career, they were involved in Congressional & Diplomatic Relations at the Council on Foreign Relations in 2010-2011, taught and advised at Gulf University for Science and Technology in 2008-2009, and worked as an Independent Consultant at WRS Enterprises from 2003 to 2007.
