Natalia Zappernick is an experienced professional in agricultural insights and development, currently serving as Agricultural Insights and Development Manager and previously as Agricultural Systems Manager at Bowery Farming since October 2021. Before this, Natalia worked at The Ohio State University College of Engineering from April 2019 to November 2021 as an AWARES Learning Community Advisor, where mentoring and professional skill development for women engineering students were prioritized. Natalia contributed to course development for the Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and served as a Graduate Research Associate, completing a thesis on integrated urban agriculture systems. Other roles include Student Research Assistant and Student Teaching Assistant, focusing on research, data analysis, and laboratory instruction. Natalia holds a Master of Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food, Agricultural, Biological and Ecological Engineering from The Ohio State University.
