Sonia Barillari

Sonia Barillari has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sonia began their professional career in 2012 as a Sales Associate at Magnolia silver Jewellery Group. Sonia then transitioned to a role as a Buyer Services Representative at North American Fur Auctions Inc. from 2014 to 2016. In 2008, they joined Rexdale Women's Centre, where they worked as a Receptionist and also provided child minding and community development support until 2016. Sonia's next role was as a Hostess and Server at Chop Steakhouse & Bar from February to October 2017. Most recently, they have been working as a Subway Based Outreach Specialist at Bowery Residents' Committee since April 2018.

Sonia Barillari completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies / Psychology at the University of Toronto Mississauga from 2010 to 2016. In 2017, they obtained a certificate in "RESPONDING TO INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE: Refugee Assistance Program Workers" from OCASI.
