Tenzin Migmar

Tenzin Migmar has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. They began as an Audit Intern at MURALI AND MOTURI CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRM in December 2010. In 2014, they worked at YES Tibetan Career Centre as a Lead Project Officer, where they designed training and career programs and organized national level events. From 2017 to 2020, Tenzin held multiple roles at Gang-Jong Development Finance Private Limited, including Assistant General Manager and Head of Compliance & Project Management. At this organization, they managed compliance with regulatory provisions and designed new projects for funding and technical assistance. Currently, Tenzin is working as a Contracts Manager at Bowery Residents' Committee, where they coordinate and ensure completion of billing tasks.

Tenzin Migmar's education history is as follows:

Tenzin Migmar completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Madras from 2013 to 2016. During the same period, Tenzin also pursued a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce at the same institution.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, Tenzin Migmar earned a Master's degree in International Business & Finance at the University of Madras.

Tenzin started their educational journey at Loyola College, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to Tenzin's formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include the Financial Modeling Foundations certification from LinkedIn, the Financial Market certification from Yale University, the Intuit Bookkeeping Professional Certificate from Intuit, and the Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services, all obtained in May 2022.

Prior certifications obtained by Tenzin include the Certificate on Working with Advanced Excel 2013 from NIIT in October 2018, the Programme on Micro-Finance from ni-msme in August 2018, the Lending Strategy for Micro & Small Enterprises certification from the National Institute of Bank Management in July 2018, and the Overview of NBFC certification from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance in December 2016.

Before pursuing higher education, Tenzin Migmar also obtained a Diploma in Computer Applications from LIBA-Informatics Centre in July 2008.
