Hannah McGrath

Hannah McGrath, MBA, currently serves as the Contracts Manager at VideoRay, an AV company, since July 2025. Prior to this role, Hannah McGrath was with BAE Systems, Inc. from July 2020 to July 2025, where as a Senior Contract Administrator, significant contributions were made in high-value contract negotiations, optimizing terms for over 8,800 aircraft and managing a $100M commercial MRO portfolio. Hannah McGrath's experience also includes roles as a Contracts Administrator in the Contracts Leadership Development Program at BAE Systems and various internships including a Contracts Intern position and marketing roles, which refined skills in proposal development, contract negotiations, and lead generation. Educational background includes an MBA in International Operations and Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Assumption University.
