David Langer, MSFRM, is a Senior Associate II at Bowery Valuation, where David has been pivotal in appraising over $1 billion in commercial properties and ranks in the top 10% of associates in client billing. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, David previously worked as an Analyst at Kayak Kapital, LLC, assessing the profitability of emerging companies, and as a Finance Tutor at the University of Connecticut School of Business, providing instruction in fundamental finance concepts.
