Dr. Lawrence Schaefer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Schaefer Global Management, focusing on economic development through aquaponics and workforce training for sustainable food production. In addition to this role, Dr. Schaefer teaches aquaponics as an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University and previously held a similar position at the University of the District of Columbia, where curriculum development and system implementation were key responsibilities. As a Co-Founder of Deer Creek Farms, indoor commercial production utilizing aquaponics is central to operations. Furthermore, Dr. Schaefer contributes as a Board Member of the Human Relief Organization International, promoting global humanitarian initiatives through "Project Hope." Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President at ACPDC. Dr. Schaefer holds a Doctor of Christian Humanities degree from the School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary.
