Teri O'Neal

Teri O'Neal, APR, serves as the Associate Vice President of Communications & Media at Towson University since June 2022. Prior to this role, Teri O'Neal was the Director of Public Relations at A. Bright Idea Advertising and Public Relations from January 2014 to June 2022, overseeing various public relations, advertising, and marketing initiatives. Teri O'Neal has also held significant positions at Harford County Public Schools, where responsibilities included managing a communications team and serving as the chief spokesperson, and at the American Lung Association of Maryland, focusing on health education programs related to asthma and indoor air quality. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Teri O'Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Towson University.
