James M. Harrington

James M. Harrington, CPA has extensive experience in financial management, having served as Chief Financial Officer for various companies. James started their career as the Chief Financial Officer at The Barstow School in 2003 until 2006. From there, they held the position of Corporate Controller at Dean Operations, Inc. in 2007. In 2008, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Geneva Roth Companies until 2009. James then moved on to Bishop-McCann as Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2012. James also served as Chief Financial Officer at Leading Edge Technology Solutions for a brief period in 2013. In the same year, they joined Wake Effects, LLC as their Chief Financial Officer until 2017. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Echelon Payment Processing from 2016 to 2019. Subsequently, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Premier Protection Services, LLC from 2014 until their most recent position as Chief Financial Officer at Premiere Guardian Protection, LLC dba IntegriCare in 2019. Currently, James is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Bowl New England d/b/a Spare Time Entertainment from 2021.

James M. Harrington, CPA received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1988. James also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant granted by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy in September 1991.
